If anyone out there plays PC games {or uses a PC heavily} feel free to post your computer's epic {or not so epic} specs!

I'll start out:

My main Comp:

RAM: 2.5GB DDR2
CPU: Pentium 4 530 @ 3.0Ghz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 200GB 7200RPM {SATA}
Motherboard: Intel Augsburg D915GAG {i915P/i915G chipset}
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT Superclocked Edition by EVGA
CD drive: Philips DVD/CD-ROM - Read/Write everything {except blue ray}
Screen: 24" LCD by ACER {1680x1050}
Speakers: Logitech X-540 5.1 Speaker System
Keyboard: Razer Lycosa
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder
Gameboard: Logitech G13
OS: Windows XP Media Center Edition 2002 Service Pack 3

Yep, it's pretty old, runs older games like BF 2, C&C Generals, and Halo CE very smoothly. Newer games crawl, if they work at all. The Motherboard is a little busted and refuses to turn on Hyperthreading for my P4, I also get occasional HDD failures of the minor recoverable kind, and sometimes USB devices won't boot correctly on startup. But being as I've had it for almost 10 years now with no crippling failures to speak of, I'm fairly satisfied. For a massively upgraded cheap buy from Gateway, it wasn't that bad. Smile Still need a new one, but that's a long way off.

Now for my laptop:

RAM: 2GB DDR2
CPU: Intel Core Duo T2500 @ 2.0Ghz
HDD: HITACHI Travelstar 5K160 160GB 5400 RPM {SATA}
Motherboard: Gateway MT6841 {intel i945GM chipset}
Graphics Card: 224 MB Intel shared graphics controller
CD drive: DVD/CD-ROM - Read/Write everything {except blue ray}
Screen: 15" LCD screen (1280x800)
Mouse: Logitech {generic cheap usb laser mouse}
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2

Experience Index: 3.1
Processor: 4.7
Memory (RAM): 4.6
Graphics: 3.1
Gaming Graphics: 3.1
Primary hard disk: 4.8

The only problem I've ever had with this laptop {which I'm currently using to post this} is the graphics. The intel graphics are a joke, 3.1 out of 7 is far too high a score for it. It can't even play Red Alert 2 at decent frame rates, never mind anything modern or 3D. For taking noted in college courses and browsing furaffinity it's fine, and I'm frequently impressed with just how much better this dualcore CPU does in daily use versus my tower, but the intel graphics controller pulls it down from absolute greatness, with its complete inability to handle HD film above 720p, or run any game. Mad

well those are my specs, feel free to use them as a guide for posting your own. I look forward to seeing you guys destroy me with your more modern PCs. Dance

RAM: Two gigs DDR, mixed brands. (And it works!)
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800 running at 2.3GHz
HDD: Oh god... So many... Well, my newest is a 500GB Western Digital, running at... 7200RPMs, I think.
Motherboard: Some top-of-the-line Gigabyte SLI board. I've got horrid memory. (It's also not exactly top-of-the-line anymore, considering it's fairly old.)
Graphics Card: XFX 7900GS Extreme Overclock Edition.
DVD/CD drive: Not sure exactly, but it's also a DVD burner.
Screen: 15" LG LCD monitor.
Speakers: Again, not sure, but they're made by Creative and there's four of 'em plus a Sub!
Keyboard: Ideazon/Steelseries Merc gaming keyboard
Mouse: Logitech MX518
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3 32-bit

Soon to have a better PC, considering this is my backup.
